Dr. Ken S. Bajaj
Chief Executive Officer, DigitalNet.ai

Dr. Ken S. Bajaj is a renowned technology entrepreneur and executive whose careers spans over four decades of innovation, leadership, and mentorship in the IT and government contracting sectors. Under his mentorship, Zilliview LLC. has embraced the same drive for innovation and operational excellence that has defined his four decades of leadership.

Dr. Bajaj began his career at Electronics Data Systems (EDS), where he managed the company’s largest outsourcing contract with the U.S. government and introduced the nation’s first factory automation program in the automotive industry for General Motors. He later co-founded Perot Systems, further establishing his reputation as a pioneer in IT services. Throughout his career, Bajaj has founded and led several influential companies:

  • I-Net Corp.: As president, he helped the company become a leader in large-scale IT outsourcing, culminating in its sale to Wang Laboratories in 1996.

  • AppNet Systems, Inc.: Founded in 1997, AppNet became one of the largest interactive media services companies in the U.S. and was sold to Commerce One for over $2 billion in 2000. DigitalNet, Inc.: Dr. Bajaj founded DigitalNet to provide cybersecurity solutions to the U.S. government, taking the company public and later selling to BAE Systems for $600 million in 2004.

  • DMI (Digital Management, Inc.): Joining his son Sunny’s company in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Bajaj helped transform DMI into a global leader in mobility and digital transformation services, growing it to thousands of employees and hundreds of millions in revenue.

  • DigitalNet.ai: As Chairman and CEO since 2021, Dr. Bajaj is now focused on leveraging artificial intelligence and data analytics to drive the next wave of digital innovation.

Mr. Enamul Haque is a highly accomplished database and data management professional with extensive experience supporting mission-critical operations for the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of State, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). With a career spanning decades, he has played a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing secure, high-performance data systems in support of U.S. national security and diplomatic initiatives. Mr. Haque’s expertise includes enterprise database architecture, data governance, and advanced data integration across complex IT environments. His work has consistently enabled government agencies to make data-driven decisions, maintain operational readiness, and ensure system resilience under demanding conditions. Beyond his technical contributions, Mr. Haque is deeply committed to developing the next generation of IT professionals. For years, he has trained and mentored individuals from the ground up in a range of disciplines including software testing, data management, and cloud engineering. His guidance has helped launch numerous successful careers in both government and the private sector. Anthony Irudhayanathan

Anthony Irudhayanathan spearheads DigitalNet.ai’s digital transformation initiatives, guiding organizations to modernize operations and enhance efficiency. With a deep background in strategic planning, IT modernization, and process optimization, he leads the development and delivery of solutions leveraging AI, cloud, and low-code/no-code platforms. Anthony’s vision ensures seamless, client-specific transformations that amplify business value and adaptability across industries such as healthcare, finance, and government. As a proven entrepreneur and industry trailblazer, Anthony founded Zillion and grew it from a one-person operation into one of the largest digital transformation firms in the DMV region—now boasting over 1,000 employees and multiple delivery centers across the United States. His decades of hands-on experience and leadership have reshaped modernization efforts within government sectors, setting new standards for innovation, efficiency, and mission-driven impact. Today, Anthony continues to champion next-generation modernization strategies, empowering organizations to embrace emerging technologies while navigating complex digital landscapes. Atique Khan

Managing Partner, Viewsoft Inc

Mr. Atique Khan is a veteran program manager with over 35 years of experience supporting U.S. national security through Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of State (DoS) contracts. His work has taken him to OCONUS locations across the Middle East—including active war zones—and strategic sites throughout Europe, where he led complex logistics, infrastructure, and contingency support programs. Serving in senior roles with various DoD contractors and on key State Department initiatives, Mr. Khan earned a reputation for delivering results in high-risk environments, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational compliance with U.S. government standards. In addition to his field leadership, Mr. Khan has played a pivotal role in developing talent within the IT industry, mentoring numerous professionals who have gone on to lead successful careers in both public and private sectors. Mr. Khan now serves as the Managing Partner of Viewsoft focused on delivering innovative solutions to government and commercial clients. Troy Holmes

SVP & Federal Strategic Advisor, Zillion Technologies Inc.

Troy Holmes is a distinguished technology executive and solution architect with more than 30 years of experience in innovative architecture solutions and advanced software delivery for national security and federal civilian agencies. Most recently, he spearheaded the most advanced IT modernization efforts across the federal government at DHS USCIS. Troy's expertise is centered on solution architecture and technology modernization, with a specialization in leading large-scale Agile/DevSecOps transitions that leverage cutting-edge cloud capabilities to deliver increased productivity and efficiency, and make mission-critical impacts. For over a decade, Holmes held senior executive positions at DHS (USCIS and ICE) and the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI). Under his strategic leadership, his teams engineered the development of the nationwide Law Enforcement Information Sharing Service for DHS. Furthermore, he was the lead change agent at USCIS, successfully transforming all software development programs from legacy waterfall methodologies to modern agile development practices. His formidable combination of strategic insight and deep technical execution makes him a premier leader in digital transformation.
